Richard's career includes significant experience as Town Planning Manager at Asda Stores Ltd and Associate Director at CB Richard Ellis. Richard began the professional journey as Head of Planning at Scott Wilson. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Town & Country Planning from Leeds Beckett University, a Diploma in Town Planning from Sheffield Hallam University, and a Higher National Diploma in Building Studies from Grimsby College of Arts and Technology. Richard is also a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
