Kaitlin Carter

Kaitlin Carter is an experienced educator currently serving as a First Grade Teacher at Rapoport Academy and a Fourth Grade Teacher at Boston Renaissance Charter Public School since August 2020. Previous roles include Substitute Teacher at Walpole Public Schools and Graduate Assistant at SCE | Providence College School of Continuing Education. Additionally, Kaitlin worked as a Certified Teacher and Substitute Teacher at Bright Horizons, where developmentally appropriate caregiving methods were implemented. Prior experience includes providing personalized care as a Personal Care Assistant for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder at Tempus Unlimited, Inc. Kaitlin holds a Master of Education in Literacy and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary and Special Education from Providence College.
