Dan Vai has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dan started their career as a Manager at The Gates in 2010 before becoming a Part-Owner of White Noise Bar in NYC in 2010. In 2011, they transitioned to become a Manager at Hudson Terrace until 2013.

In 2012, Dan worked as a Strategic Planner/Cultural Strategist at RAPP for a year. Dan then joined Rosetta in 2013, where they held positions such as Strategic Planning Associate, Strategic Planning Senior Associate, and eventually Strategic Planning Manager until 2016. At Rosetta, Dan led strategic planning efforts for loyalty marketing, life-cycle management, and experiential activation for Samsung Telecommunications of America.

Since 2016, Dan has been working at RAPP again, starting as a Senior Experience Strategist and later becoming an Experience Strategy Director. Currently, they hold the role of VP, Experience Strategy, where they lead the brand strategy for various vehicle campaigns and sales programs for Toyota and Lexus.

Dan Vai holds a Master of Science degree in Communications Practice from Columbia University, which they attained from 2011 to 2013. Dan also completed the CELTA program at the University of Cambridge and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from The New School. Prior to that, they spent one year at Skidmore College studying Liberal Arts and Sciences. In their early education, Dan attended LaGuardia High School for the Performing Arts, majoring in Drama. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Omni from Omnicom, CELTA from Cambridge University, and a Personal Training Certification from ISSA. Dan also completed a Journey Mapping Course at DMA.
