Erica Kraus has an extensive work experience in the fields of advertising and consulting. Erica has held various roles in different companies, starting from their early career at Dorland Global as an Assistant Account Executive in 2004. Erica then worked at CDM New York as an Account Executive and later joined FCB Health as an Account Supervisor. Erica continued to climb the corporate ladder and became a VP, Account Director at Grey Group, where they managed DTC strategy and integrated campaign development for health clients. Erica then moved to MRY as an Account Director before starting their own consulting business called Erica Kraus Consulting in 2013. As a freelancer, they worked as a VP, Brand Strategy, providing strategic planning and consulting services to agencies and clients in various industries. In 2016, Erica founded Water Can't Wait, PBC, a company focused on solving water scarcity issues. Most recently, they joined RAPP as the SVP, US Health Strategy Lead, overseeing the company's health strategy initiatives.

Erica Kraus has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Urban Studies and History from the University of Pennsylvania. Erica also completed Master's coursework in Multicultural Clinical Psychology at Antioch University-Los Angeles. Erica obtained their High School Diploma from Mount Saint Joseph Academy. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Mastering CX from Forrester in 2021.
