Erin Sparks

Erin Sparks is a seasoned design professional currently serving as the Director of Design Automation at RAPP since September 2019, where Erin focuses on enhancing design processes through innovative integration of creativity and technology. Prior experience includes roles as Creative Director and Associate Creative Director, contributing significantly to experience design for the U.S. Erin also held the position of Design Manager at Rivera Group, overseeing creative projects for the United States Army Recruiting Command. Additional freelance work and positions at companies such as RRGP Services, Inc. and iPay Technologies have provided Erin with extensive expertise in graphic design, digital marketing, and team leadership. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Sullivan University and an Associate of Sciences in Graphic Design from Louisville Technical Institute.
