Lindsey Watson currently serves as the Director of Government Affairs at Rappahannock Electric Cooperative since July 2021. Previously, Lindsey held several key positions, including Director of Scheduling and Board Appointments with the Virginia House of Delegates and Director of Virginia's Executive Mansion under Governor Ralph Northam. Other roles include Deputy Director of Scheduling for the Office of Governor Ralph Northam, Confidential Policy Analyst at the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services, and Scheduler and Executive Assistant to the First Lady during Governor Terry McAuliffe's administration. Lindsey's earlier experience includes positions such as Executive Coordinator at the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and Administrative Office Specialist at the Virginia Department of Health Professions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Legal Studies from American University Washington College of Law, a Master of Public Administration from Virginia Tech, a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the University of Richmond, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Virginia Commonwealth University.
