Percy Montecinos

Percy Montecinos is an experienced forestry and vegetation management professional currently serving as a Contact Forester at Rappahannock Electric Cooperative since February 2019, while also working as a Utility Forester for ACRT Independent Utility Vegetation Management since January 2014. Montecinos has a diverse background that includes co-owning Blue and Green Landscaping from May 2002 to December 2010 and serving as a Professor at San Simon University from April 1986 to June 2000. Montecinos holds a Master's degree in Forestry from Virginia Tech, a Master's degree in Silviculture from Universidad Austral de Chile, and a Bachelor's degree in Forestry from Universidad Nacional de Formosa.
