Richard Ward

Richard Ward has extensive experience in business analysis and enterprise architecture, currently serving as the Enterprise Architecture Practice Manager at United Utilities since December 2015, following roles as a Lead Business Analyst and Business Analyst. Prior to this, Richard was a Business Analyst at Aviva from 2004 to November 2015, focusing on major IT program deployments and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma within complex insurance operations, and managed the Motor Bodily Injury Team. Richard holds a degree in Archaeology, specializing in prehistoric archaeology, from The University of Sheffield, earned between 1997 and 2000.
