Diana Hernández

Diana Hernández has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Lead Operations Courier at Rappi since January 2018, where responsibilities include ensuring compliance with engagement KPIs for active couriers in Colombia and leading strategic plans in the Western region to enhance service excellence. Additionally, Diana has worked as a professional support member in the Academic Vice-Rectorate at Universidad Industrial de Santander, focusing on self-evaluation processes for program accreditation. Diana holds a Master's degree in Digital Business from Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga (2021 - 2023) and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Industrial de Santander (2010 - 2016).
