Erika Ortiz

Erika Ortiz is an experienced Product Owner at Rappi, responsible for the development and management of products and features for the Turbo/BDS business line, including product measurements and backlog management. Previously, as a Global Process Leader, Erika led a team in creating workflows for various departments and managing processes through tools like Kissflow and Monday. In the role of Retail Leader Mexico, Erika coordinated a team to manage retailer onboarding and technical negotiations while analyzing information for ongoing improvements. Earlier experience includes serving as a Retail Analyst to ensure information accuracy within the application in Colombia and as a Project Manager Assistant at Safari Accesorios Ltda., focusing on quality management systems. Erika holds a degree from Universidad El Bosque and has completed technical training in electrical engineering.
