Franco Lena

Franco Lena currently serves as the CEO for South Latam at Rappi since October 2023. Prior to this role, Franco was the General Manager of the FMCG Business Unit at GDN UY from May 2021 to October 2023. Franco’s extensive experience at Danone from March 2019 to April 2021 included roles as VP of the Digital Business Unit and Director of Sales Strategy, among others. Franco co-founded and managed Kaira from January 2016 to April 2019. At AB InBev, Franco held multiple positions from January 2011 to February 2017, including Head of Global Sales and D2C Business Unit Head. Starting a career as a professional tennis coach at the Racket Club from January 2007 to December 2010 laid the foundation for Franco's diverse professional journey. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Otago and multiple executive programs from IAE Business School and Universidad de 'San Andrés'.
