Karoline Locatelli Kreili is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial leadership and strategic partnerships within the Latin American market. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Ads, Monetization & Partnerships at Rappi since August 2022, Karoline has played a crucial role in the company's growth and monetization strategies. In addition, Karoline is a Board Member at MMA LATAM since January 2023. Prior to Rappi, significant tenure at Procter & Gamble spanned nearly a decade in various leadership roles, including Commercial Senior Director for Ecommerce in the Fabric and Home Care division. Earlier experiences include positions at B3 and KeepTrue, complemented by an MBA from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Faculdade Rio Branco.
