James Hofstetter CMgr MCMI currently serves as a Client Services Coordinator at Rapport Guest Services since October 2023. Previously, James held the position of Front Office Manager at Leonardo Hotels UK & Ireland from July 2021 to September 2023 and served as Night Manager and Security Officer at The Landmark London from August 2019 to December 2020.
