Laura Vanessa Chetrar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in guest services and management. Currently serving as the Guest Services Director at Rapport Guest Services since November 2023, Laura has previously held the position of General Manager at Freshdental Institute from May 2023 to January 2024, and worked as an Area Manager II at Amazon between June 2020 and May 2023. Earlier roles include Duty Manager at The Flint House, where Laura contributed to the establishment winning the ‘Best Restaurant Bar’ Award shortly after opening, and Bar Manager at Browns Brasserie & Bar, where Laura achieved significant recognition for a personal cocktail creation. Laura's career began with an internship at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, where patient consultations and specialized laboratory techniques were observed. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Strategic Innovation Management and a BSc in Biomedical Science from the University of Sussex.
