Péter Kristóf serves as the Guest Services Manager at Rapport Guest Services since July 2025, with prior experience as Front Office Manager at O'Callaghan Collection during the hotel’s re-opening after a lengthy closure. A significant part of Péter's career includes roles at Hilton from 2017 to 2022, where various positions ranged from Assistant Front Office Manager to Front Desk Agent, focusing on guest experience, staff training, and operational efficiency. Initial experience in the hospitality field was gained through internships at Hilton Barcelona and Hospes Hotels. Péter holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Hospitality Management from UCN and an Academy Profession Degree in Service, Hospitality and Tourism Management from UCN, along with a high school diploma from Instituto Bilingüe Húngaro-Español Károlyi Mihály.
