Mani Balasubramaniyan

Mani Balasubramaniyan has worked in the IT services industry for over 9 years. Mani started their career in 2011 at e-Business International Inc as a Technical Recruiter and was promoted to Team Lead - Recruitment and Bench Sales. In 2018, they moved to Osiris Global Solutions as a Manager - Business development and IT Recruitment and also took on a Senior Manager - Sales & Recruitment role at Confidential. Most recently, they have been working as an Associate Director - Sales & Recruitment at Rapport IT Services Inc since 2020.

Mani Balasubramaniyan received a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli in 2015 with a focus in Human Resource and Marketing. Mani also earned a Bachelor of Engineering - BE from Kings College of Engineering in 2010 with a focus in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.
