Joe Wilson is an experienced customer success leader currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Rapsodo since May 2025, promoting customer-led growth in sports tech and SaaS adoption. As the Founder and Chief Strategist of Obey, also since March 2025, Joe aims to empower non-technical entrepreneurs to leverage AI for application development. Prior to this, Joe spent nearly two decades at Microsoft, evolving from Senior Technology Strategist to a Sr. GenAI Strategist, where innovative strategies for cloud adoption and AI transformation were developed. Joe's role at Amazon Web Services involved advising on cloud strategy, and experiences at Microsoft further included enterprise cloud transformation and technical sales strategy. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Southeast Missouri State University.
