Melina Vamvas

Melina Vamvas has worked in various roles within different companies over the years. Melina began their career in 2011 as an AmeriCorps Volunteer with The Service Collaborative of WNY before transitioning to Health Sciences Charter School in 2012. At the school, they served as a Student Services Coordinator, College & Career Coordinator, and Executive Assistant between July 2012 and October 2016. In 2016, they joined Solidifi as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, working their way up to Manager, Talent & Culture and eventually Director, Talent & Culture. In 2019, they moved to HSBC as an Engagement & Culture Manager, where they worked until June 2021. Currently, Melina Vamvas is working as a Director, Engagement & Culture at Raptive and as a #IamRemarkable Facilitator at g.co/IamRemarkable.

Melina Vamvas earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Human Studies from St. Mary's College of Maryland between the years 2007 and 2011.
