Vaishali Chanana

Vaishali Chanana is an experienced software engineer who has worked in various roles in different companies. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Impetus as a Software Engineer, where they implemented a security wrapper over Pig to provide fine-grained user access control. In 2016, they worked at UNIFY TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD as a Software Development Engineer, where their responsibilities were to analyze customer usage logs, payments, and notification logs. In 2017, they worked at Stony Brook University as a Graduate Assistant where they worked on improving server utilization and benchmarking of Spark jobs for job scheduling of concurrent tasks. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Marketing Evolution as a Data Engineer I and Software Engineer II - Data, where they had the experience of building scalable and distributed ETL pipelines on AWS and worked with AWS cloud platform and its various products (Glue, Athena, EMR, etc.) to build large-scale big data applications. Currently, they are working at Raptive as a Software Engineer II from October 2022.

Vaishali Chanana completed a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from IGIT, GGSIPU in the years 2009 to 2013. Vaishali then pursued a Master of Science in Computer Science at Stony Brook University from 2017 to 2018. In the years 1995 to 2009, they attended India jobs and careers but did not obtain a degree or field of study specialization.
