Heather Terry

Heather Terry has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Reporter for The Weekly Villager in 2012. Heather then worked as an English Teacher for Akron Public Schools and Akron Digital Academy from 2013 to 2016. During this time, they also worked as a Freelance Writer and Editor for Curious Words. In 2016, they began working as an Adjunct Professor for both Tiffin University and Kent State University. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Content Manager and Technical Writer for Hurricane Labs, and currently works as a Content Marketing Manager for Raptor Technologies, LLC.

Heather Terry has a diverse educational background. Heather obtained their Bachelor of Science in Integrated Language Arts Education from Kent State University in 2009. Heather then returned to Kent State University to obtain their Master of Arts in English in 2015. In 2017, they completed their Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. In addition, they hold a Google Analytics Individual Certification from Google, obtained in February 2022.
