Jenny Poliak Kartuz

Jenny Poliak Kartuz is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Global HR Operations Manager at Rapyd since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jenny held various positions at NICE Ltd from February 2020 to October 2023, focusing on Global HR Operations, People Analytics, and HRIS. At Ceragon Networks, Jenny worked from August 2015 to February 2020 in roles related to Global Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, and People Analytics, as well as HR and Talent Acquisition. Beginning a career in recruitment as an intern at Teva Pharmaceuticals from 2013 to 2015, Jenny also served as a Medic in the Israel Defense Forces between 2007 and 2009. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology & Anthropology from Tel Aviv University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Consulting from Bar-Ilan University.
