Mary Ellen Casey

Mary Ellen Casey is an experienced gemologist with a strong background in the luxury jewelry sector. Currently serving as Orders Support Lead and Gemologist at Rare Carat since June 2022, Mary Ellen previously held several key positions at Harry Winston from December 2012 to August 2021, including Manager of Gemstone Acquisition and Sr. Sourcing Specialist. Additionally, Mary Ellen gained early gemological expertise at GIA from September 2005 to December 2012. Educationally, Mary Ellen completed the G.G. and A.J.P. designations at GIA between 2004 and 2005 and studied at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College from 1998 to 2000.
