Sylvie Leppig

Sylvie Leppig is currently the People and Culture Lead at Rare Days, having held various roles within the company since June 2022, including Operations Specialist and Operations Coordinator. Prior to this, Sylvie worked as a People Experience Coordinator at Benevity from March 2021 to June 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as a Client Experience Coordinator at Roy Group Leadership from October 2018 to March 2021, where responsibilities involved collaborating with clients on event management and measuring program impact. Sylvie has also held positions such as Client Experience and Digital Strategy Associate and Client Services Assistant. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Victoria, a study abroad program in Psychology at Victoria University of Wellington, and a French as a second language diploma from Anthénée Provincial Mixte Warocqué.
