Rianna Powponne is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in recruitment and administrative support within the law sector. Currently serving as Manager of the Law Team at Rare Recruitment since June 2018, Rianna has held various roles including Senior Associate and Candidate Relationship Associate. Previous experience includes positions as Lateral Recruitment Assistant at Linklaters and Graduate Recruitment Assistant at Clifford Chance LLP, where responsibilities involved candidate interaction and events management. Early career roles included customer service and front-of-house administration at G4S, as well as paralegal work at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and NSPCC, providing a strong foundation in legal operations. Rianna holds a Legal Practice Course (LPC) from BPP Law School and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Birmingham.
