Zack Charilaou has a diverse background in the hospitality industry, with experience ranging from being a Team Leader at Manchester United to eventually holding the position of Director of Business Development at Rare Restaurants. Throughout their career, Zack has held various management positions at esteemed establishments like M Restaurants and GAUCHO, where Zack has been recognized with awards such as "Front of House of the year" and Trainer of the Year. Zack has also been listed in the top 20 of the ‘Top 100 most influential in hospitality’ for three consecutive years. Zack's education includes achieving a Level 3 Distinction in Wine Steward/Sommelier from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in 2012.
