Claudia Lorena Quintanilla Jiron serves as the Vice President for the Hub for Collaboration and Learning at Rare, overseeing the Fish Forever Program since February 2017. Claudia has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Senior Director and Director of the same program, where responsibilities included managing cross-functional working groups, developing global frameworks, and enhancing resources based on user feedback. Prior to this role, Claudia worked as a Training Director for Rare Brazil and later as Regional Training Director for Rare Latin America, focusing on learning strategies in sustainable fisheries and watershed management. Claudia's experience also includes technical training with the Peace Corps and consulting work in environmental education and risk management, alongside an academic background that features a Master's degree in Environmental Management.
