Erik Thulin is a Senior Director of Behavioral Science at Rare, where they lead the Center for Behavior & the Environment's research agenda to apply behavioral and social science in driving environmental change. Prior to this role, Erik served as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at the University of Pennsylvania, where they conducted research on the psycho-social factors influencing behavior change in international development programming. Erik is currently pursuing a Master's in Psychology and a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania, along with a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Systems from The University of British Columbia.
