Cristol Barrett O'Loughlin

Cristol Barrett O'Loughlin is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in founding and leading organizations. As the Founder and CEO of Raregivers since November 2000, Cristol provides vital emotional support to caregivers and patients with rare diseases. Previously, Cristol co-founded The Craftsman Agency and served as Chief Growth Officer at Union + Webster, Inc., where a focus on creative and experiential marketing flourished. Additional leadership roles include Global Advisor at How Women Lead, Co-Chair of the Education Publicity Committee at the National MPS Society, and significant positions at IBM and Qualcomm that involved strategic sales and channel management. Cristol's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA and a Management Certificate from Harvard Business School.
