Kathleen Mae Guevarra has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as Tutor Resource Senior Manager at RareJob Philippines, Inc., since June 2011. Responsibilities include overseeing strategic and tactical operations for multiple teams, managing the department budget, mentoring supervisors, and conducting performance reviews with Japanese stakeholders. Previous roles at RareJob include Tutor Qualification & Development Manager and Recruitment Operations Supervisor, focusing on recruitment, learning and development, quality assurance, and project management.
