Diane Hamilton

Diane Hamilton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Implementation & Special Projects at RareMed Solutions since June 2023, Diane previously held the position of Vice President of Patient Support Services at Two Labs Pharma Services from January 2019 to June 2022, where leadership was provided to a team of consultants managing patient support programs. Before that role, Diane worked as the Account Director for Patient Access and Hub Services at TwoLabs Pharma Services, focusing on program development and cross-functional integration. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Customer Engagement and Implementation at McKesson Specialty Health, overseeing project implementation processes. Diane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
