Jon Lipton

Jon Lipton, CIC, CRIS, is a seasoned professional in the property and casualty insurance sector with extensive experience as Managing Director at Risk Strategies Company since June 2023 and CEO & President of Castle Rock Capacity LLC since April 2006. Additionally, Jon serves as an Executive Board Member with the Professional Insurance Agents of New York State since January 2010, providing insights on market conditions and legal issues. As a Board Committee Member at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Jon participates in the Risk Management, Insurance & Compliance Committee. Jon also holds the position of Vice Chairman of the NYC PIA advisory board since January 2021. Previously, Jon led ARM OF New York, Inc. from March 1997 to April 2006, and worked as a Foreign Exchange Dealer at BNP Paribas from March 1991 to March 1997. Jon holds a BBA in Banking and Finance from Hofstra University and attended the University of Maryland.
