Paul Mott

Paul Mott has a solid work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Paul began their career at the University of Connecticut as a Desktop and Sever Support Technician from 2003 to 2007. Paul then moved on to C&M Corporation where they worked as a Design Engineer from 2007 to 2009. Following that, they joined Liberty AV Solutions as a Quality and Technical Services Engineer from 2009 to 2012. Afterward, they worked at Middle Atlantic Products, Inc. as a Product Manager from 2012 to 2016. Currently, they are the Director of Product Management - KVM (Access & Control) at Raritan, a position they have held since April 2021. In addition, they have also held the role of Global Technical Product Manager - Power at Raritan since September 2016.

Paul Mott received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, where they attended from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their degree, Paul has obtained several certifications including Certified Data Center Design (CDCD®) from CNet Training in 2021, Pragmatic Marketing (PMC VI) from Pragmatic Marketing in 2017, and Certified Technology Specialist from InfoComm International in 2011.
