Charlèn Flaux

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, currently serves as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003, where expertise in clinical documentation and leadership in care planning and patient bedside education is applied. Prior experience includes working as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, implementing the A4 Healthmatics ED application in a level one trauma center from October 2001 to April 2003, and as a Senior Business Consultant focusing on Convergent Medical Terminology at Kaiser Permanente IT from July 1998 to October 2001. Additionally, Charlene has experience as a staff nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
