James Mallorie is an experienced technology and operations leader with a diverse background in digital products and project management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Rascal Ventures since September 2024, James focuses on operational excellence and innovation within the purpose-driven B-Corp. Previously, roles included Director of Digital Products at Alchemy Global Solutions and Technical Project Director at Eleven Miles, overseeing significant projects for various high-profile clients. James has also played pivotal roles in major organizations such as Experian and Yum! Brands, leading product development and digital transformation initiatives. Educational qualifications include a degree in Software Engineering Management from Bournemouth University and Cisco CCNA certifications.
