Prafulla Kharche has a range of experience in the chemical and fertilizer industry. Prafulla started their career as an Instrumentation Engineer at Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited in May 2004 and worked in various roles, including Senior Engineer, Deputy Manager, Manager, Senior Manager, and currently as Chief Engineer since April 2023. Prior to joining the company, they worked as a Visiting Lecturer at Government Polytechnic Aurangabad from December 2002 to July 2003.
Prafulla Kharche attended Government College of Engineering in Amravati from 1998 to 2002, where they studied Instrumentation. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Industrial Automation - DCS from Honeywell in January 2004, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Total Quality Management in May 2015, and SAP Certified PM Module from SAP in January 2015.
