Binu Paulose has extensive work experience in finance and accounts. From 2001 to 2005, they worked at APC by Schneider Electric as an Accounts & Finance Specialist. Binu later joined Symphony Teleca in 2005 as a Senior Manager of Finance and Accounts, where they stayed until 2010. From 2011 to 2016, Binu worked at Watertec (India) Private Limited, initially as a Senior Manager of Finance & Accounts and later as an Assistant General Manager. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at RASI SEEDS, a position they have held since August 2020 after being the Head of Finance & Accounts for four years.

Binu Paulose has a diverse education history. In 2021, they enrolled in the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode and pursued a degree in EPGP (Executive Post Graduate Program) in Business Administration and Management. Binu completed this program in 2023.
