Nicole Alexa has extensive experience in academic operations and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Academic Scheduling and Operations at Rasmussen University since August 2013. In this role, Nicole successfully implemented a centralized scheduling model across 20 campuses and oversees faculty workload, ensuring compliance and effective resource management in Academic Affairs. Prior positions include Director of Academic Personnel and Operations, where responsibilities expanded to include faculty recruitment and HR functions, as well as Associate Director of Academic Human Capital, which involved leading HR for all faculty-related processes.
