Jeunese Payne

Jeunese Payne is an experienced documentation specialist with a strong background in technical writing and user experience research. Currently employed at Raspberry Pi since June 2025, Jeunese previously held roles such as Lead Technical Writer and Senior Technical Writer at Pendo.io, where responsibilities included managing comprehensive documentation and information architecture. Prior experience includes positions at Citrix as a Senior Information Developer, at Featurespace focusing on UI/UX research and design for fraud prevention, and at the University of Cambridge as a User Experience and Design Researcher. Jeunese holds a PhD in Applied Psychology and Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Abertay Dundee, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
