Swarna Padmini Rajamani is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Executive Board Member and Executive Vice President - Central Functions at Rassense Private Limited, Swarna oversees key areas including Growth, Technology, HR, QHSE, and Marketing & Communications, building on previous responsibilities as Head of Strategy. As a Board Member and Shareholder in India's largest food services company, Swarna has played a pivotal role in strategic decision-making. Prior experience includes Vice President of Strategy & Planning at CRCL LLP, leading successful organizational transitions and optimization initiatives, and various roles at Shell, Lornamead, and Amec Foster Wheeler, focused on strategy analysis and business intelligence.
