Marcos Santos

Marcos Santos is an experienced manufacturing engineering professional with over two decades of expertise in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Rassini-NHK Automotive. In this role, Marcos is focused on enhancing manufacturing processes and product quality by implementing lean manufacturing principles. Additionally, since July 2020, Marcos has taken on responsibilities as Product Eng'g and OE Sales Manager, leading the OE sales team and adding value to product engineering in South America. Previously, Marcos held various positions in product engineering, contributing to the development of coil and leaf springs for suspension systems, and gained foundational experience as an Engineering Trainee at Ford Motor Company. Academic qualifications include an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, a TESL certification from NESE, a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Santa Cecília, and an Associate’s degree in Lean Thinking from Lean Institute Brasil.
