Christina Hathorn

Christina Hathorn has worked as a Human Resources Director at Ratcliff Companies since 2020. In this role, they strategically plan and aligns organizational objectives, creates and implements various policies and structures, oversees recruitment and retention, manages employee relations, and is responsible for safety and risk management.
