Chandan Srivastava

Chandan Srivastava has extensive work experience in data science, data analytics, and product management. Chandan is currently working as the Director - Data Science at RateGain since April 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Associate Vice President - Data Analytics at RateGain from October 2020 to July 2022. From April 2019 to October 2020, they worked as a Senior Manager Analytics at RateGain, and from October 2017 to March 2019, they held the role of Manager Analytics at the same company.

Before joining RateGain, Chandan worked as a Product Management Consultant at RateGain from March 2015 to March 2017. In this role, they designed and developed a Price Optimization Model for a package (Hotel+Flight) using R and automated 90% of the operational process. Chandan also improved the Price Optimization Model for a Tour Operator Company.

Prior to RateGain, Chandan worked at PTC as a Product Management Specialist (Supply Chain Solution - Parts Planning) from October 2012 to September 2014. Chandan was responsible for managing and owning the Order Planning Functionality, which was considered one of the most difficult areas in Supply Chain Management and a key area in Parts Planning. Chandan also served as the main point of contact for various clients, including Dell and Scania, who used the Servigistics Parts Planning Product.

Chandan's career started at Servigistics in July 2008, where they worked as an Associate Product Manager until October 2012.

Chandan Srivastava completed a Dual Degree Program from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, from 2003 to 2008. The program included a B. Tech in Chemical Engineering and an M. Tech in Computer Application in Chemical Engineering. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2002, Chandan completed their 12th grade education in Basic Science at St. Michael Convent School.
