Miraj Godha started their work experience as an Associate Engineer at i-flex solutions in 2004. Miraj then worked as a Lead Engineering at GlobalLogic from 2006 to 2009, where they were responsible for use case preparation, coding, development, task allocation, and effort estimation. Following that, Miraj worked as a Software Designer at Royal Bank of Scotland from 2009 to 2012. Miraj then joined Pitney Bowes as a Technical Architect - Bigdata Solutions from 2012 to 2015. Miraj's next role was as the Head of Data Science - Bigdata & Analytics at Airtel from 2015 to 2018, where they were involved in various tasks such as system architecture design, real-time analytics implementation, advertising platform implementation, and machine learning-based song recommendations. After that, they worked as a Director of Technology (aka Distinguished Architect) at Thales from 2018 to 2023. Currently, Miraj is serving as the Vice President of Engineering at RateGain, where they lead the Engineering (Martech) function and works closely with the founder on product strategy and roadmap.

Prior to that, they attended Maheshwari Public School from 1992 to 1999, focusing on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Miraj was a panel member at The Panel member IIT Delhi - STRATEGIA in 2017 and 2016 at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
