Vyas Ahuja

Vyas Ahuja currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at RateGain since July 2025. Previously, Vyas held the position of Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist at Upwork from May 2019 to July 2025, contributing to the largest freelancing platform globally. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Human Resources Analyst at ThoughtFocus and Manager of Talent Acquisition APAC at IT Alliance Australia, where Vyas led a team of 15 recruiters.
