Charlotte Paauwe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and business development. Currently serving as Team Lead for Partnerships at Ratepay since August 2021, Charlotte leads efforts to develop and manage partnerships with payment service providers and marketplaces for Ratepay's white-label Buy Now, Pay Later solutions. Previously, Charlotte held roles as Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships at Ratepay and Business Development Manager at Intertrust Group, where responsibilities included managing relationships within corporate, funds, and capital markets sectors. Educational credentials include an MBA with a concentration in Technology and Innovation from IE Business School and dual Master’s degrees in Law from the University of Virginia and the University of Amsterdam.
