Shari Steele is the current Vice President of Human Resources at rater8. Shari has also previously served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Success Prep Partners and as a Senior Consultant at Hay Group.

Shari has dedicated their career to helping organizations enhance their effectiveness through strategic initiatives in human resources. Shari has extensive experience in developing aligned reward strategies, performance management programs, organizational structure, and competency-based selection and assessment tools.

Shari is a highly respected leader in the field of human resources, and their work has helped countless organizations improve their performance. Shari Steele attended NYU Stern School of Business, where they earned their MBA in management. Shari also holds a BA from University of Pennsylvania in psychology and management. Shari has also participated in the Radcliffe Women in Science Summer Program at Harvard University.

They are on a team with Yossi Geretz - CTO, Marc Kleinman - VP, Sales, and Mark Kopelman - Chief Strategy Officer. Shari Steele reports to Evan Steele, CEO & Founder.
