Dennis Fortis

Dennis Fortis has a solid work experience in customer service and operations management. Dennis started their career in 2007 as a Manager Operations at Concentrix, where they worked for over 11 years. In 2019, they joined Kanetix Ltd. as a Manager of Contact Centre Operations for a period of 7 months. After that, they moved to RATESDOTCA Group Ltd. and held the position of Senior Manager, Customer Service from July 2019 to January 2022. Currently, Dennis is serving as the Director of Customer Experience at RATESDOTCA Group Ltd.

Dennis Fortis obtained their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from York University, which they pursued from 1997 to 2001.
