Dharmash Mistry

Dharmash Mistry is a seasoned Non Executive Director with extensive experience in various prominent organizations. Currently holding positions as Chair of Nomco and Audit & Finance committee at The Premier League, as well as serving on the FA Council representing the Premier League, Mistry contributes significantly to leadership in football governance. Mistry also serves on the boards of the Competition and Markets Authority, Blue Lion Global, Halma plc, and Rathbone Brothers Plc, holding key roles in various committees. Previous experience includes a directorship at the British Business Bank, and a significant tenure at the BBC, where Mistry was involved in multiple boards and committees. Mistry co-founded and led blow LTD., a tech-enabled beauty services company, which was successfully exited to Holland & Barrett. Educational credentials include two degrees in Engineering, Economics and Management from the University of Oxford.
