Emma Greaney

Emma Greaney currently serves as the Product Owner at Rathbones Group Plc since January 2023, focusing on group digital initiatives. Prior to this role, Emma accumulated extensive experience at Tesco Bank from July 2008 to January 2023, holding various senior management positions that involved transforming customer conduct frameworks, leading strategic change for banking propositions, managing commercial targets for gift cards, and developing product strategies for colleague banking and mortgages. Emma's career began in 2004, including roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland Business and Hays. Emma holds a BA Hons in Marketing from the University of Abertay, Dundee.
