Emma Martin is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in strategy, execution, and internal communications across various sectors. Currently serving as Marketing Manager for Scotland at Rathbones Group Plc since July 2020, Emma previously held roles such as Head of Marketing at Peter Vardy Ltd and Strategic Account Manager as well as Customer Communications Manager at SSE plc, where strategic marketing collaborations were a key focus. Prior experience includes significant positions in marketing leadership at Standard Chartered Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland, where Emma drove brand growth and marketing efficiencies across multiple regions, including the Middle East, North Africa, and Pakistan. Emma's career commenced as Communications Co-ordinator at Pertemps Scotland, following a BA (Hons) in Communications & Mass Media from Glasgow Caledonian University.
